Assistance will be granted for:  

• Acceptance for attending the symposium and workshop
• Travel cost.
• Lodging and Boarding expenses.

Note: In order to cover all these expenses, secretariat will pay a consolidated amount of Rs 3000/- (Rs Three thousand only) to attend this symposium. Participants applying for the assistance have to register for symposium and workshop both.

Process for Availing Grant  

1. Applicants are required to register for the symposium. The registration is a 2-stage process, viz.,
   • Fill the online registration form.
   • The applicants for assistance need to download the application form for assistance (word document), fill in the required details and send the same by e-mail to etsymposium@gmail.com.
2. They also need to submit the original bonafide certificate from their respective institutions, signed by the competent authority.
3. All payments will be made by Demand Draft on the last day of the Symposium.

Selection Process  

The participants for grant of assistance will be on a competitive basis, subject to the following conditions:

1. The allocation will be subject to the maximum limit under the specified category. A maximum of only one participant from each institution will be granted assistance.
2. The committee will scrutinize the application and select the participants who are eligible. The applicants selected for the assistance will be informed by email.
3. The decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding on all participants and no communications in this regard will be entertained.
