Who We Are
EEA Morocco is governed by a Steering Committee made up of Morocco's most influential national business associations, foundations, NGOs and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
At the request of the Steering Committee, the International Youth Foundation (IYF) carries out the operations of EEA Morocco as the interim national secretariat. IYF has built a team for Morocco that implements the EEA plan according to procedures approved by the Steering Committee. The Morocco team is responsible for planning, program management, grant making, alliance building, engaging businesses, monitoring and evaluation, and providing technical assistance and training. The Morocco team includes:
- IYF Program Director: Nancy Taggart
- IYF Program Coordinator: Jenny Hills
- Country Advisor: Stephen L. Guyer
- Monitoring and Evaluation Team Leader: Mariam Britel Swift
IYF also manages EEA's global secretariat with overall responsibility for program management and grant-making.
Alliance Partners share the EEA Morocco goal to improve the relevance of education and training to prepare youth for jobs and self employment. They are involved at various levels of EEA Morocco, through the Steering Committee and programs.
